Continued Masking, New Schedule, and Check-In System

To continue keeping our patients, their families, and our staff healthy, we will continue to require masking and social distancing in our clinic. Proper masking and distancing have been proven to be quite effective at preventing the spread of disease – including the spread of Covid-19.

We will continue to have dedicated time and space in order to separate patients who are well, sick, and Covid-19 exposed. Doctors will begin the morning and afternoon with an hour of well only care (830-930 & 120-220).  You may still make well care appointments during our other weekday daytime hours, and we will continue to take special efforts to keep everyone separated at their visit. Our extra cleaning practices will also continue.

We will continue to take extra special care with known Covid-19 exposures, and in some cases, those patients will be tested outside.

We’ve also implemented a new check-in system:

  • When you arrive at our clinic, please call the number on the parking lot signs to reach our front desk staff. 334.364.0700.
  • The front desk staff will perform all the check-in requirements for you by telephone.
  • You will continue to wait in your car until an exam room is ready.
  • The nurse will call you when an exam room becomes available to let you know it’s time to enter the building.

We still strongly encourage one healthy parent per patient at this time. Please bring only the child who will see the doctor and help us protect siblings by keeping them with another adult safely in the car or at home.
